This week the Sparkman Wind Ensemble will participate in two concerts and we are excited to invite you to both events. On Tuesday night the Wind Ensemble will perform in the James Clemens High School Auditorium for a dress rehearsal concert along with the Monrovia Middle School Band. On January 22, 2015, the Wind Ensemble will travel to Montgomery to perform for the Alabama music educators at the annual AMEA Conference located in the Montgomery Performing Arts Center.
Both concerts are free of charge and we would love to have as many people in Montgomery as possible for this momentous occasion. We are extremely proud to be selected for this honor and proud to represent our school and bands in the state of Alabama.

9:00 a.m. – Depart Sparkman HS
11:15 a.m. – Arrive at Cracker Barrel
12:45 p.m. – Depart Cracker Barrel
1:45 p.m. – Arrive at Montgomery Performing Arts Center
2:00 p.m. – Get dressed and visit exhibits
3:30 p.m. – Gather at designated area
4:00 p.m. – Warmup
4:40 p.m. – Performance
5:40 p.m. – Load bus and depart Montgomery (eat fast food on the way back)
9:30 p.m. – Arrive at Sparkman HS.
