Trailer Work Dates
Trailer work days have been listed on our website calendar. Watch for communications to go out during the week for any last minute needs or specific tools required.
A list of materials that are needed can be found here. We will be purchasing most of the materials needed but always appreciate your donation.

- Q: What dates will you be working?
- A: Saturdays which do not have a Competition Band or SIP performance. Currently these dates are:
- April 11th and 25th 2026
- May 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th 2026
- Q: Can I buy anything on the list?
- A: Yes, **BUT** Materials needed are subject to change depending on donors/sponsorships and funds availability. Please email before purchasing any materials. We don’t want to waste your time or money. We will be sending out Cut Time and Signup Genius messages to sign up.
- Q: Are there other ways I can help?
- A: You can help us by securing community partners (sponsors) and encouraging other band parents to do the same. There is a great amount of work we can do ourselves but some materials must be purchased from a specific vendor. The cost for those materials is our greatest expense for this project.
- Q: What will the trailer look like? What features will it have?
- You can see a video that shows a similar trailer. We expect to have the same features shown in the video.
