Transportation to this event will be via bus. If for some reason the bus cancels or falls through, we will need parents to drive the students to the event.

Uniform-
Varsity- TBA- Be prepared for show uniforms or for performance black (A plain black t-shirt with black bottoms/leggings, and black jazz “smooth” dance shoes)
JV- Show Uniform- Colors within the Burgundy palette. Loose fitted long-sleeve button up top- if sheer make sure to wear an undershirt of the same color. Shorts must go at least to your mid-thigh. Skin tone tights. Tan jazz “smooth” dance shoe
Saturday, January 18th

- 11:45a- Call Time at SHS Band Room for Loading the Bus
- 12:00p- Bus Departs for Mt. Juliet
- 2:15p- Arrive at Mt. Juliet- unload truck
- 4:00p- JV in uniform in hallway ready for warm ups
- 4:53p- JV transition to body warm ups- Varsity report to and remain in the hall
- 5:03p- JV body warm ups- Varsity remain in the hall
- 5:10p- JV transition- Varsity ready to retrieve floor/props
- 5:14p- JV equipment warm up- Varsity retrieving floor/props and approaching “On Deck” location
- 5:21p- Everyone “On Deck” for Performance

In gaps between performances, students are encouraged to eat, go watch other guards, and get into costume/hair/makeup. Students are encouraged to bring snacks, reusable water bottles, and money for concessions/food trucks. We will not be providing a meal at any point, so students need to use their free time wisely to get themselves fed. Also be sure to bring any portable chargers or other personal effects you may need- make sure that they fit into your duffle/backpack along with your equipment.
