Transportation to this event will be via bus. If there is a bussing issue day of, transportation will fall to the responsibility of parents.

- 12:30p- Official Call Time at SHS To Load Bus
- 2:15p- Arrive at Columbia Central HS for Unit Check-In
- 3:05p- JV in uniform in hallway ready for warm ups, everyone else on deck to assist
- 3:50p- JV Mental Run-Throughs
- 4:00p- JV transition to body warm ups- Varsity remain in the hall
- 4:09p- JV body warm ups- Varsity remain in the hall
- 4:16p- JV transition- Varsity ready to retrieve floor
- 4:18p- JV equipment warm up- Varsity retrieving floor and approaching “On Deck” location
- 4:25p- Everyone “On Deck” for Performance
- 4:32p- JV Performance
- 6:15p- Varsity in uniform in hallway ready for warm ups, everyone else on deck to assist
- 7:15p- Varsity Mental Run-Throughs
- 7:25p- Varsity transition to body warm ups- JV remain in the hall

Students will be told to inform their ride home approximately 30 minutes before we arrive to the school so they can be ready to pick their student up. If you are wanting to check your student out and drive them home, you must have a check-out form turned into Ms. Manker no later than Friday, March 8.
In gaps between performances, students are encouraged to eat, go watch other guards, and get into costume/hair/makeup.
