Tuesday, February 11
- 6:00p- Varsity Rehearsal, Band Room
Wednesday, February 12
- 6:00p- JV Rehearsal, Band Room
Thursday, February 13
- 5:30p- Begin moving equipment
- 6:00p- EVERYONE Dress Rehearsal (in costume and approximate hair style- don’t worry about makeup, this is just to get used to how your hair and costume will feel in a performance setting), Gym 1
Saturday, February 15
Uniform-
Varsity- Show Uniform- Dress top, leggings, TALL black socks, black jazz “smooth” dance shoes.
JV- Show Uniform- Colors within the Burgundy palette. Loose fitted long-sleeve button up top- if sheer make sure to wear an undershirt of the same color. Shorts must go at least to your mid-thigh. Skin tone tights. Tan jazz “smooth” dance shoes.
Everyone- Non-Show Uniform- Sparkman Guard or Band t-shirt, black bottoms, shoes that will not fall off when pulling the floor (preferably black).
Saturday, February 15 (UPDATED 2/15)
- 9:30a- Call time at SHS Band Room for rehearsal
- 10:30a- Load the trailer with equipment, uniform check
- 11:30a- **OPTIONAL** call time at Bob Jones to receive wrist band to watch guards/support Sparkman Indoor Percussion
- 4:45p- Call time at Unit Check-In
- 5:50p- JV in uniform in hallway ready for warmups
- 6:31p- JV transition to body warmups
- 6:41p- JV body warmups
- 6:48p- JV transition to equipment warmups
- 6:50p- JV equipment warmups- Varsity retrieve floor/props and approach “On Deck” location
- 6:57p- ALL report to “On Deck” location
- 7:04p- JV Performance
- TBAp- QUICK refold and regroup for Varsity
- TBAp- Varsity lined up in hallway for warmups
- 7:16p- Varsity body warmups
- 7:24p- Varsity transition to equipment warmups
- 7:26p- Varsity equipment warmups-JV retrieve floor and approach “On Deck” location
- 7:34p- ALL report to “On Deck” location
- 7:42p- Varsity Performance
- TBAp- Clean hallway out and load trailer
- 8:20p- Everyone report to performer side of gym for Alta Marea/Awards- those selected for awards should report to the performance entrance.

In gaps between performances, students are encouraged to eat, go watch other guards, and get into costume/hair/makeup. Students are encouraged to bring snacks, reusable water bottles, and money for concessions/food trucks. We will not be providing a meal at any point, so students need to use their free time wisely to get themselves fed. Also be sure to bring any portable chargers or other personal effects you may need- make sure that they fit into your duffle/backpack along with your equipment.
Tickets will be available via S2 Pass.
