Ticket Sales must be done online. Cash will not be accepted at Diddle Arena for tickets. Cash will be accepted for all other purchases including food and merchandise. The price of the ticket will cover parking. Saturday, April 6
- 6:00a – Report at SHS Band Room to Load Bus
- 9:00a – Arrive for check-ins/unload truck
- 10:00a – JV in Assigned Spot, ready for warm ups, everyone else on deck ready to assist
- 10:10a- JV Mental Run-Through
- 10:16- Varsity move floor to Check In Tunnel- return back to Assigned Spot
- 10:26a – JV Depart for Warm Up Area B
- 10:36a- JV Warm Up- Area B
- 10:40a – Transit to “On Deck” for Performance- Varsity Report to Back to Tunnel?
- 10:57a – JV Performance
- 3:30p- JV Back In Costume For Awards
- 3:45p – Report to warm up gym for Part 1 Awards- All of JV goes to floor
- 5:45p – Varsity in Assigned Spot, ready for mental warm up
- 6:50p- Varsity Mental Run-Through
- 6:54p- JV and Parents move floor and props to Check in Tunnel
- 7:00p- Varsity Depart for Warm Up Area B
- 7:14p – Varsity Warm Up- Area B
- 7:30p – Transit to “On Deck” for Performance
- 7:38p – Varsity Performance
- 8:02p – Load trailer
- 8:20p- Help LaQuest with floor if possible
- 9:00p- Varsity Back in Costume For Awards
- 9:10p – Report to warm up gym for Part 2 Awards- All of Varsity goes to floor
- 10:42p – Estimated bus loading after retreat and designated spot cleaning
- 2:15a – Estimated arrival back to SHS
- Unload truck, wait for dismissal
In gaps between performances, students are encouraged to eat, go watch other guards, and get into costume/hair/makeup. All students will be required to assist with unloading the truck at SHS and will be dismissed as a group afterwards. Students will not be permitted to leave early unless pre-approved by Ms. Manker and if they have turned in a check out form from the band website by 3:30p on Friday, 4/5.
