Friday
- 1:00pm-5:00pm – *runners only* Packet Pick Up at Fleet Feet Madison (181 Hughes Rd, Unit 17, Madison, AL 35758)
- 5:00pm-8:00pm – Rehearsal at S9/SHS (leave equipment in SHS gym 1 after rehearsal)
- Battery will begin at S9 Cafeteria
- Front will begin at SHS Band Room
Saturday
- 7:00am – SIP Student Call Time (dress code is all black and show shoes for the preview performance)
- 8:00am – Check In Begins, Vendor Shopping Opens
- 8:55-8:57am – Ainsley’s Angels Start Time
- 9:00am – Full Race Start Time
- 10:30am (approximate) – Awards and Preview Performance by Sparkman Indoor Percussion
- *As soon as we are done with awards and performance, students are dismissed to lunch. We will keep equipment at SHS. *
- 1:00pm – Students return from lunch for camp rehearsal
- 1:00-2:30pm – Visual
- 2:30-4:00pm – Music Rehearsal
- 4:00-6:00pm – Ensemble
- *Equipment will be returned to SHS Band Room after rehearsal is over*
