The top 18 scores will advance from prelims to semi-finals, so we are guaranteed to advance to semi-finals.

To advance from semi-finals to finals we must be in the top 15 scores from semi-finals.

Saturday, April 23rd Schedule if we MAKE FINALS

• 8:00 am Breakfast
• Change into clothes that you wear under uniform.
• 10:45 am Load Luggage under bus and have a bag prepared with change of clothes and anything you’ll need for the ride home. This will stay in your bus seat.
• 11:00 am Lunch at Mall
• 12:30 pm Mall “pre lot“ Rehearsal (no floor no props). Use drum stands.
• 2:15 pm Load truck
• 2:30 pm Show prep at bus/truck (change into uniform on bus, boys and girls separate)
• 4:10 pm Load bus
• 4:15 pm depart for UD
• 4:31 pm Lot Arrival Lot H
• Bus Leaves UD and will not be back until 11:30 pm
• 6:14 pm Transit to Top of Tunnel
• 6:41 pm Perform
• 6:52 pm Load Truck
• Dinner at UD Arena/Watch PIW Lots/Performances
• 11:30 pm World Class Awards Ceremony
• 12:15 am Change out of uniform (boys/girls separately) on bus
• 12:45 am Depart for Home
• Possible Bathroom stop en route

• 11:30 am-3:30 pm at entertainment center (eat lunch while there)
• 3:45 pm Depart for University of Dayton Arena to watch World Class Finals

• 11:30 pm Depart for S9GS
• Stop en route for restroom
• 5:00 am Central ETA S9GS
• Unload trucks and GO HOME!!! 🙂
