WGI World Championships General Information Packet
**Parents must purchase a ticket for each event (Prelims, Semis, Finals) regardless if they are in pit crew or not. Any un-ticketed adult found with our ensemble could result in the kids receiving a penalty per infraction**
Advancement Explanation:
To Advance from Prelims to Semi-Finals, we must be in the top 16 highest scores of Rounds 3 & 4 combined.
To advance from Semi-Finals to Finals, we must be in the top 15 highest scores of Rounds 1 & 2 combined.
*Students will be traveling via 56 passenger charter bus for the entirety of this trip – There are between 5-10 seats available if any additional parents would like to help chaperone on the bus.

Wednesday, April 15th (Travel Day/Rehearsal)
- 4:00 am Call Time at S9 (luggage under bus)
- 4:30 am Departure
- 6:45 am Grab and Go Breakfast at Chick-Fil-A – Hendersonville (provided)
- 7:15 am Bus leaves Hendersonville
- (now in EASTERN STANDARD TIME ZONE)
- 12:15 pm EST Arrive at St. Henry’s Athletic Complex (SHAC) – Quick Lunch (provided) and Unload the truck (staff and parents begin unload while students eat)
- 1:00 pm Rehearsal (NO PROPS)
- 2:50 pm Wrap Up Rehearsal and Load the Truck
- 3:45 pm Depart SHAC and Head to Florence Mall
- 4:00 pm Arrive at Florence Mall for Dinner
- 5:30 pm Load bus and Depart for Hotel
