Monday, February 23rd
- SIP Dress Rehearsal 5-8 PM
- Logistics Walk-Through 7:30-8:00 pm
- HORIZONTAL Time Line, Enter BACK Side 1, Exit FRONT Side 1
Tuesday, February 24th
- Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band Practice – 3:30-5:30
Thursday, February 26th
- Pre-MPA Concert 6:00-9:30 pm
Friday, February 27th
- SIP Dress Rehearsal 5-8 PM
- Logistics Rehearsal 7:30-8:00 pm
- HORIZONTAL time line. ENTER Back Side 1, EXIT Front Side 1
- Do NOT load the truck. Get sleep.
Saturday, February 28th (much of the day will be spent outside, weather permitting)
- 8-10:15 am – rehearsal at S9
- 10:15-11:00 am – load the truck
- 11:00-12:30 pm – eat lunch and drive to Bob Jones
- 12:30 pm Arrive, Unload, and Show Prep
- 1:30 pm Prelims Warm Up (we will begin warm up as early as possible)
- 2:30 pm Transit to Gym
- 2:45 pm Prelims Performance
- 2:55 pm push to truck and quick post-show meeting, do NOT load equipment
- 3:15 pm Change out of uniform and depart for food
- 4:30 pm Critique (staff)
- 6:00 pm Call time back at Bob Jones, get back into uniform
- 6:45 pm Begin rehearsing/long warm up
- 8:30-9:20 pm Transit to Gym (official time will be determined by prelims seeding)
- 8:46-9:36 pm Finals Performance (official time will be determined by prelims seeding)
- 10:30 pm Retreat
- 11:15 pm Depart for S9GS
- 11:40 pm Arrive at S9GS
- Students dismissed after truck is unloaded
