Monday, February 24th
- SIP Dress Rehearsal 5-8 PM
- Logistics Walk-Through 7:30-8:00 pm
- VERTICAL Time Line, ENTER front side 2, EXIT back side 1
Tuesday, February 25th
- Pre-MPA Concert – attire is concert black (tuxedo/black dress). Call times are as follows:
- Concert Band – 4:30 PM
- Wind Ensemble & Symphonic Band – 5:15 PM
- Concert Begins at 6:00 PM
Thursday, February 27th
- SIP Rehearsal 3:30-5:00 PM (Concert Band percussionists will be released early)
- Concert Band Rehearsal 3:30-5:30 PM (Concert Band percussionists will start rehearsal with SIP)
Friday, February 28th
- SIP Dress Rehearsal 5-8 PM
- Logistics Rehearsal 7:00-8:00 pm
- VERTICAL time line. ENTER front side 2, EXIT back side 1
- Load trucks at 8 pm
Saturday, March 1st (much of the day will be spent outside, weather permitting)
- 7:30 am Call time at S9GS for show-prep
- 8:30 am Depart S9GS for Chattanooga (we will depart earlier if possible)
- *All Times henceforth are in Eastern Time Zone*
- 11:40 am Arrive, Eat, and Unload (please pack a lunch, we will have snacks available as well)
- 1:26 pm Official Prelims Warm Up (we will begin warm up as early as possible)
- 1:48 pm Transit to Gym
- 2:02 pm Prelims Performance
- 3:00 pm Critique
- 4:30 pm Depart for Food
- 5425 SR-153, Hixson, TN 37343
- Available food options: Raising Canes, Dairy Queen, Cici’s Pizza, Taco Town, Wingstop, etc.
- DO NOT cross SR-153
- 6:30 pm Depart for Signal Mountain HS
- 7:30 pm Begin Finals Warm Up
- 8:31-8:53 pm Transit to Gym (official time will be determined by prelims seeding)
- 8:45-9:07 pm Finals Performance (official time will be determined by prelims seeding)
- 10:00 pm Retreat
- 11:00 pm Depart for S9GS
- *Final Time is in Central Time Zone*
- 12:30 am Arrive at S9GS
- Students dismissed after truck is unloaded
