Friday, February 27
- 4:00-8:00 Uniform dress rehearsal at S9GS
- Logistics begin at 7:00
- 8:00 move all equipment to SHS Gym 1
- Load truck on Saturday Morning!!
Saturday, February 28
- 8:00 am Rehearsal in SHS Gym 1
- 10:00 am Final Logistics Rehearsal
- 10:30 am Load Truck
- 11:15 am Lunch (on your own, something quick)
- 12:30 pm Depart for Spring Hill Middle School
- 2:00 pm Unload Truck/Restroom
- 2:30 pm Warm-Up Begins
- 4:20 pm at Gate
- 4:29 pm Perform
- 4:50 Refold Floor/Load Truck
- 5:25 pm Eat/Watch other groups
- 7:21 pm Awards (captains only retreat)
- Director/staff critique following awards
- 8:00 pm Load bus
- 8:30 pm Depart for S9GS
- 10:00 pm ETA S9GS/Unload truck
