Monday, March 24
- 5:00-8:00 pm SIP Rehearsal
Tuesday, March 25
- 3:30-5:00 pm Wind Ensemble/Symphonic Band Rehearsal (SIP Rehearsal if WE/Symphonic not happening)
- 5:30 pm MCSS Board Meeting Recognizing SHS Band for State Championship
Thursday, March 27
- 3:30-5:00 SIP Rehearsal
Saturday, March 29
- 8:00 am-11:30 am SIP Rehearsal
- 11:30am-12:00 pm Logistics Rehearsal (ENTER back left AND right, EXIT front left and right, HORIZONTAL timeline)
- 12:00 pm-1:00 pm Load Trucks (MOCK DAYTON LOAD!)
Sunday, March 30
- Meal Plan:
- Breakfast – eat before arrival
- Lunch/Dinner – one meal will be provided by Capriotti’s, one meal needs to be brought from home
- 9:00 am Call Time at S9GS
- 9:30 am Depart for WKU
- 12:45 pm ETA WKU, eat lunch upon arrival
- 1:15 pm Unload (if able)
- 1:57 pm Official Unload Time
- 2:30 pm Warm-Up Begins, if no rain
- 3:27 pm Warm-Up Begins, if raining
- 3:49 pm Push to the tunnel
- 4:00 pm Holding
- 4:11 pm Perform
- 4:22 pm Load
- 5:00 pm Depart (we will leave as early as possible)
- 8:15 pm ETA S9GS
- Students Dismissed after Trucks are Unloaded
