- 3:30-5:00 SIP Rehearsal

- 8a-11:30a SIP Rehearsal
- 11:30a-12:00p Logistics Rehearsal (ENTER back left AND right, EXIT front left and right, HORIZONTAL timeline)
- 12p-1p Load Trucks
Sunday, April 7
- 10:45a Call Time at S9GS for Show Prep
- Lunch in S9 Cafeteria
- 12:35p Load Bus
- 12:45p Depart for WKU
- 4:00p ETA WKU
- 4:14p Unload (only have a 15 minute window to unload truck, then it leaves)
- 4:45p Warm-Up Begins
- 5:44p Report to Tunnel
- 6:05p Perform
- 6:20p Load
- 6:38p Awards (full ensemble retreat in uniform)
- 7:50p Awards Concludes
- 8:30p Depart for S9GS
- 11:45p ETA S9GS
- Students Dismissed after Trucks are Unloaded
