Monday, January 30
- SIP Rehearsal 5-8 pm
Tuesday, January 31
- Battery Sectionals immediately after school til 4:30 pm
Thursday, February 2
- SIP Rehearsal immediately after school til 6:00 pm
Friday, February 3
- SIP Rehearsal (black band shoes required at this rehearsal) 4-8 pm (students should bring a snack to eat after school)
- Logistics Rehearsal 7-8 pm (enter back right, exit front right; horizontal time line)
Saturday, February 4
- 8 am – 9 am Rehearsal @ S9GS gym, final logistical run-thru at end (students in black t-shirt, jeans, black socks, black band shoes. All girls should wear their hair “up”).
- 9:00 am Load truck
- 10:00 am Depart for Galleria Mall (Hoover, AL)
- 12:05 pm Lunch at Galleria Mall Food Court
- 12:50 pm Depart Mall
- 1:05 pm Arrive/unload truck at Hoover HS
- 2:30 pm At gate/Ready
- 2:40 pm Perform
- 2:55 pm Re-fold floor/stage equipment at truck
- 3:00 pm Awards in gym (captains only retreat)
- 3:30 pm Re-load truck/director and staff at critique/meeting
- 4:15 pm Depart for S9GS (snacks will be available for the ride home)
- 6:15 pm ETA S9GS, unload trucks
- Students dismissed after trucks are unloaded
