The Sparkman Bands will participate in a pre-assessment performance next Monday, March 4, in the James Clemens High School Auditorium. Students will perform music from their Music Performance Assessment (MPA) that will take place the next week. This performance will give the students an opportunity to become more comfortable performing on a stage. The performance is free of charge and all friends and family are welcome to attend.
Student Attire
Students should wear their concert attire that includes:
- Wind Ensemble – Tux/Dress
- Symphonic Band – Tux/Dress
- Concert Band – White tux shirt and black pants

- 6:00pm: Performance (JCHS Auditorium)
Student Instructions
Students should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their warmup time. Wind Ensemble students should leave directly after school in order to arrive on time. If possible, instrument cases should be left in the student’s vehicle. Limited storage space is available inside the school and the spaces will not be supervised.
Students may leave as soon as their performance is complete or stay to watch other band’s perform. Please observe concert etiquette during all performances. The following bands will be performing in this order:
