The following information is the daily schedule and features all pertinent information regarding the 5K Fundraiser on Saturday, January 25th.
- 6:30 – Volunteers arrive
- 7:15 – Check in begins
- 7:55 – Ainsley’s Angels start time
- 8:00 – All other participants start time
- 8:30 – Students begin moving equipment to SHS Gym
- 9:30 – Approximate performance time and awards
- 10:30 – Move all equipment back to SHS Band Room
- 11:00 – All students dismissed

Important items to note:
- All participants and volunteers should park by the SHS Gym on the south side of campus.
- Sparkman 9th Grade School will be blocked off due to re-striping the parking lot. DO NOT try to park on that side of campus.
- Restrooms will be available in the gym lobby. Volunteers will be in place to instruct people where to go once inside.
All students should wear their 2025 Sparkman Indoor Percussion jerseys, solid black pants, and tennis shoes for the performance. Visual ensemble should also bring a solid black top for the performance.
