Advancement Explanation: Top two scores in each round, PLUS the next 7 highest scores from all 4 rounds combined advance to finals on Saturday (15 finalist spots).

- Normal day of school

- Logistics Rehearsal 7:10

Thursday, April 14th (Travel Day/Rehearsal)
- 6:15 am Call Time at Sparkman 9th Grade Band Room
- 6:45 am Departure

- 11:15 am EST Lunch en Route (Kentucky, I-65 Exit 94, subject to change)
- 12:00 pm Load Bus

- 3:00 pm Check-In at Hotel/Change Into Practice Clothes

- 5:00 pm Depart for Practice Site
- 5:20 pm Arrive at practice site/unload

- Albert goes to UD Arena for Check-Ins
- 9:00-11:00 am Practice (mall parking lot)
- 12:15 pm Lunch at mall
- 1:00 pm Hotel/Shower/Uniform
- 2:00 pm Face paint (hotel)
- 3:30 pm Depart for Millett Hall
- Snack en-route
- Touch up face paint en route (if needed)
- 4:30 pm Arrive at Millett hall
- 4:53 pm Unload (lot A)
- 5:23 pm Warm-up begins
- 6:53 pm Transit to staging area
- 7:02 pm Full ensemble staging area
- 7:11 pm Behind curtain
- 7:20 pm Perform
- 7:30 pm Load
- 8:00 pm Depart for Hotel
- Dinner (pizza) at hotel
- 10:00 pm Lights Out
Saturday, April 16th Schedule if we MAKE FINALS
- All times subject to change due to seeding from semi-finals score
- These times will reflect the EARLIEST possible performance situation
- 5:00-6:10 am Face paint/breakfast/check out of hotel
- Put clothes to change into in uniform bag. Uniform bag on truck.
- 6:15 am Depart for University of Dayton Arena (finals performance venue)
- 6:30 am Unload in Alpha Lot
- Remaining times TBD
- Stay at Arena and watch PSO/PIO groups until awards
- Lunch at Arena
- 2:45 pm Open Class Awards Ceremony
- 5:00 pm World Class Finals Begin
- Dinner at arena
- 11:32 pm Load bus/Depart for Harvest, AL
- 5:00 am CST ETA S9GS
- Unload trucks and GO HOME!!! 🙂
Saturday, April 16th Schedule if we DO NOT MAKE FINALS
- 7:00-10:00 am Breakfast served (hotel)
- Check-out of hotel
- 11:00 am Depart for The Web Extreme Entertainment

- 11:30 am Arrive at entertainment center
- 11:30 am-3:30 pm at entertainment center (eat lunch while there)
- 3:45 pm Depart for University of Dayton Arena to watch World Class Finals
- Dinner at Arena
- 5:00 pm World Class Finals Begin
- 11:20 pm Depart for S9GS
- Stop en route for restroom
- 5:00 am CST ETA S9GS
- Unload trucks and GO HOME!!! 🙂
