Saturday, March 16th (Prelims)

- 6:15 am Call time at S9GS
- 6:30 am Depart S9GS

- 12:00 pm EASTERN TIME ETA Hotel (trucks go to show site)
- 12:05 pm Check into Hotel/Box Lunch/Show Prep
- 2:15 pm Depart for Show Site
- 2:30 pm Unload
- 3:00 pm Lot Warm-Up Begins (outside)
- 5:12 pm Ready
- 5:23 pm Perform
- 5:24 pm Load Trucks
- 5:45 pm Depart for Hotel
- 6:05 pm Freshen up for dinner
- 6:35 pm Dinner at restaurants near hotel
- 8:00 pm Load Bus
- 8:30 pm Meeting at Hotel
- 9:00 pm Students in Rooms
- 9:30 pm Lights Out (rooms checked)
Sunday, March 17th (Finals)

- 9:15 am Students on Bus
- 9:20 am Depart for Show Site
- 9:40 am Arrive at Show Site
- 10:00 am Lot warm-up begins
- *Ready and Performance times determined by Prelims Results*
- 1:39 pm Load trucks
- Eat Lunch at Concessions/Watch PIW Groups
- Awards 2:39 pm (captains only, all else sit neatly together in participant seating)
- 3:15 pm Change out of Uniforms
- 3:45 pm Depart for Dinner (same dinner location from previous night)
- 4:05 pm Dinner Stop
- 4:45 pm Load Bus
- 4:50 pm Depart for S9GS
- 8:30 pm CENTRAL TIME ETA S9GS
- Students dismissed after trucks are unloaded
