Attire: Unitard + Armor + Black Socks + Black Show Shoes + Black Mask (that Clara gave you)
Monday, March 1st
- 2:00-3:30 SIP Class Rehearsal
- 5-8 pm SIP Rehearsal
- 7:30-8:00 Logistics Rehearsal (ENTER front side 1 (left), EXIT back side 1 (left). Horizontal timeline.
- (this includes any parent volunteer that plans on helping at the show)
Tuesday, March 2nd
- 2:00-3:30 Concert Percussion Rehearsal
- 3:30-5:30 Wind Ensemble Full Band Rehearsal (SHS)
Wednesday, March 3rd
- 2:00-3:30 Concert Percussion Rehearsal
- 3:30-5:30 Symphonic Band Full Band Rehearsal (SHS)
Thursday, March 4th
- 2:00-3:30 SIP Class Rehearsal
Friday, March 5th
- 2:00-3:30 SIP Class Rehearsal
- SIP Dress Rehearsal 5-8 PM (students will wear their performance attire)
- Logistics Rehearsal 7:30-8:00 pm (this includes any parent volunteer that plans on helping at the show)
- Load Truck at 8 pm (students will be dimissed after truck is loaded)
Saturday, March 6th
- 6:30 am Call time at S9GS
- 9:15 am Arrive and Unload at Thompson HS
- Warm-Ups will be Outside
- Snack
- 10:59 Inside Warm-Up, Area B (if needed)
- 11:27 am Move to Performance Area (gym)
- 11:41 am Perform
- 11:55 am Completely Out of Gym
- 11:55 am Annoucement of scores/clear gym
- 12:10 pm Load Truck
- 12:40 pm Depart for S9GS
- 3:10 pm ETA S9GS
- Unload Truck
- Students Dismissed after truck is unloaded
