Monday, February 26th
- SIP Rehearsal (not dress rehearsal) 5-8 PM
- No Logistics Walk Through
- Horizontal Time Line, ENTER front side 1, EXIT back side 1
Tuesday, February 27th
- Pre-MPA Concert at SHS
Wednesday, February 28th
- SIP Rehearsal 2:00-3:30 PM
Thursday, February 29th
- SIP Rehearsal after school til 5:00
Friday, March 1st
- SIP Dress Rehearsal 5-8 PM
- Logistics Rehearsal 7:30-8:00 pm
- HORIZONTAL time line. ENTER front side 1, EXIT back side 1
- Load trucks at 8 pm
Saturday, March 2nd (much of the day will be spent outside, weather permitting)
- 6:30 am Call time at S9GS for show-prep (eat breakfast prior to arrival)
- 8:00 am Depart S9GS
- 10:15 am ETA Thompson HS
- 10:35 am Warm-Up Begins (outside)
- Eat light lunch at truck
- 12:07 pm On Deck
- 12:18 pm Perform
- Push equipment to trucks, begin loading
- 12:58 pm Awards (captains only retreat, all other members sit neatly and together in the participant seating area)
- 1:20 pm Continue loading trucks, staff at critique
- 1:45 pm Depart for Galleria Mall for late lunch (2000 Galleria Cir Hoover, AL 35244)
- 2:05 pm ETA Galleria Mall
- 2:40 pm Load Bus
- 2:45 pm Depart for S9GS
- 5:00 pm ETA S9GS/Unload Trucks
- Students dismissed after trucks are unloaded
