Monday, March 15
- 2:00-3:30 SIP Class Rehearsal
- 3:45-4:45 Symphonic Band Rehearsal (SHS Stage)
- 5:00 Pizza + Bottled Water Provided for Sym Band Perc Students in S9 Cafeteria
- 5-8 pm SIP Rehearsal (Full Props in Gym, back drops + globe fully assembled)
Tuesday, March 16
- 2:00-3:30 Concert Percussion Rehearsal
- 3:45-5:00 Symphonic Band Recording Session (SHS Stage)
- 5:00-6:30 Wind Ensemble Recording Session (SHS Stage)
Wednesday, March 17
- 2:00-3:30 SIP Class Rehearsal
Thursday, March 18
- 2:00-3:30 SIP Class Rehearsal
Friday, March 19
- 2:00-3:30 SIP Class Rehearsal
- SIP Dress Rehearsal 5-8 PM (students will wear their performance attire)
- Logistics Run Through 7:40-8:00 pm (this includes any parent volunteer that plans on helping at the show)
- Load Truck at 8 pm (students will be dimissed after truck is loaded)
Saturday, March 20
- 6:30 am Call time at S9GS for face paint and uniform
- 9:00 am Call Time and Unload at Bob Jones HS
- Warm-Ups will be Outside
- Snack
- 11:38 am Inside Warm-Up, Area B (if needed)
- 12:02 pm Move to Performance Area (gym)
- 12:14 pm Perform
- 12:26 pm Completely Out of Gym
- Push equipment back to truck then immediately report to auditorium for medal ceremony (from SCGC: Medal Ceremony only for members, staff (7), and 1 photographer/videographer)
- 1:00 pm Load Truck
- 1:45 pm Call Time at S9GS to unload truck
- Students Dismissed after truck is unloaded
