Monday, February 20
- President’s Day – No rehearsal
Tuesday, February 21
- SIP Rehearsal 5-8 pm
Wednesday, February 22
- 9th Grade Band Rehearsal 3:30-5:00 pm
Thursday, February 23
- SIP Rehearsal 3:30-5:00 pm
- Pre-MPA Performance @ James Clemens HS
- Call Times: 9th grade band 6:00, concert band 6:30, wind ensemble 7:00
Friday, February 24
- SIP Rehearsal (if uniforms are in, we will be in uniform) 3:45-8 pm
- Logistics Rehearsal 7-8 pm (horizontal time line; enter back right, exit front right)
Saturday, February 25
- 8 am – 11 am Rehearsal @ S9GS gym (no uniforms)
- 11 am-12 pm on Lunch (on own)
- 12:00 pm-1:30 pm SIP Rehearsal @ S9GS gym (In Uniform), then load trucks. This rehearsal will conclude with a final FULL logistics run-through.
- 1:30 pm Load truck
- 2:30 pm Depart
- 4:00 pm Dinner near show site (fast food, bring money)
- 4:45 pm Depart for Spring Hill Middle School
- 5:00 pm Arrive @ Spring Hill Middle School lot/unload truck
- 5:15 pm warm up begins (outside)
- 6:40 pm ready @ gate
- 6:50 pm Perform
- 7:05 pm Load trucks
- 7:35 pm Awards in gym (captains only retreat)
- Critique (staff)
- 8:15 pm Depart for S9GS
- 9:45 pm ETA S9GS, unload trucks
- Students dismissed after trucks are unloaded
