- Pre-MPA Event at James Clemens HS (all concert ensembles participate)
- Transportation is parents’ responsibility
Tuesday, February 25th
- SIP Rehearsal 5-8 pm
Wednesday, February 26th
- Symphonic Band Rehearsal 3:40-5:00 pm
Friday, February 28th *UPDATED 2-24-20*
- SIP Dress Rehearsal 5-8 PM
- Logistics Rehearsal 7:30-8:00 pm

- Load truck at 8 pm
Saturday, February 29th *UPDATED 2-22-20*
- 7:00 am Call time at S9GS for Hair/Makeup
- Eat snack prior to arrival at BJHS
- 10:15 am Call time at BJHS to unload truck
- 10:45 am Warm-Up Begins
- 12:32 pm Ready at Gate
- 12:42 pm Perform
- 1:03 pm Equipment back at truck
- 1:07 pm Awards (captains only)
- 1:47 pm Load Truck
- 2:45 pm Meet back at S9GS to unload truck
- Students dismissed after truck is unloaded
