- President’s Day – No Rehearsals
Tuesday, February 20
- 5:00-8:00 pm SIP Rehearsal
- 7:30-8:00 pm Logistics Rehearsal (vertical time line, enter back right, exit back left)
Wednesday, February 21
- 3:45-5:00 pm 9th Grade Full Band Rehearsal at SHS
Thursday, February 22
- 3:45-6:00 pm SIP Rehearsal
Friday, February 23
- 5:00-9:00 pm Dress Rehearsal
- 7:30-9:00 pm Logistics rehearsal
Saturday, February 24
- 8:00 am – 10:00 am SIP Dress Rehearsal
- 9:00 am Logistics Run-Thru
- 9:15 am Load Truck (S9GS)
- 12:00 pm Call Time at BJHS warm-up lot in uniform (eat lunch prior to arrival at BJHS)
- 12:00 pm Unload truck
- 12:30 pm Lot Warm-Up begins
- 1:20 pm at Gate
- 1:30 pm Performance
- 1:50 pm Load truck
- 2:11 pm Awards in Gym (captains only retreat)
- 2:50 pm Continue loading truck (if necessary)
- 3:00 pm Report to S9GS to unload truck
- 3:45 pm Students dismissed after truck is unloaded
