Monday, February 20th
- SIP Dress Rehearsal 4-8 PM
- Logistics Walk-Through 7:15-8:00 pm
- Horizontal Time Line, ENTER back side 1, EXIT front side 1
Tuesday, February 21st
- Wind Ensemble Rehearsal 3:30-5:00 PM
- Symphonic Band Rehearsal 3:30-5:00 PM
Wednesday, February 22nd
- Jazz Band Rehearsal 3:45-5:00 pm
Thursday, February 23rd
- SIP Rehearsal after school til 5:00
Friday, February 24th
- SIP Dress Rehearsal 5-8 PM
- Logistics Rehearsal 7:00-8:00 pm
- HORIZONTAL time line. ENTER back side 1, EXIT front side 1
- Load trucks at 8 pm
Saturday, February 25th (*much of the day will be spent outside, weather permitting)
- 7:30 am Call time at S9GS for show-prep
- Eat snack prior to arrival at BJHS
- 9:00 am Call time at BJHS to unload truck
- 9:30 am Warm-Up Begins (outside, weather permitting)
- 11:50 am Transit to Gym
- 12:12 pm On Deck
- 12:23 pm Perform
- Push equipment right outside gym, then go back in immediately for awards.
- 12:34 pm Awards (captains only retreat)
- 1:00 pm Load Trucks
- 1:45 pm Meet back at S9GS to unload trucks
- Students dismissed after truck is unloaded
