Monday, February 15
- President’s Day
- No School/Rehearsal
Tuesday, February 16
- SIP Rehearsal 5-8 pm
Thursday, February 18
- SIP Rehearsal 4-6 pm
Friday, February 19
- SIP Rehearsal (In Uniform) 4-8 pm
- Logistics Rehearsal 7-8 pm (VERTICAL time line, enter back side 2, exit back side 1)
Saturday, February 20
- 10 am – 12 pm Rehearsal @ S9GS gym (no uniforms)
- 12-1 pm Lunch (on own)
- 1-4 pm SIP Rehearsal @ S9GS gym (In Uniform), then load trucks. This rehearsal will conclude with a final FULL logistics run-through.
- After trucks are loaded, students are dismissed (dinner on own).
- 6 pm call time @ BJHS (meet at truck in warm-up zone)
- Get equipment ready.
- 6:30 pm warm up begins (outside).
- Ready time not yet available.
- 7:55 pm Perform
- 8:20 pm Re-load trucks
- 8:30 pm Awards. Captains only retreat.
- If we run out of time loading trucks before awards, we will continue to load trucks after awards conclude.
- After awards once trucks are loaded, meet back at S9GS to unload trucks.
- Students dismissed after trucks are unloaded.
