Indoor Flow/Rain Plan for Warm-Ups/Prop Storage at BJHS

*NOTE* Show schedule is determined by SCGC and is subject to change.

*We will not be taking a school bus to this event.  Transportation to and from BJHS will be parent’s responsibility.*

 Monday, February 18

• 4:00-8:00 pm SIP Rehearsal
• 7:15-8:00 Logistics Rehearsal (Horizontal timeline, ENTER back side 1, EXIT front side 1)

Tuesday, February 19

• 3:45-5:00 Wind Ensemble Full Band Rehearsal at SHS

Wednesday, February 20

• 3:45-5:30  pm Symphonic Band Full Band Rehearsal at SHS

Friday, February 22

• 5:00-9:00 pm Dress Rehearsal
• 8:00-9:00 pm Logistics rehearsal

Saturday, February 23

• 8:00 am Student call time for Face Paint and Load Truck
• 11:15 am  Call Time at BJHS (meet at truck)
• Unload Truck
• Props/Equipment Stored in BJHS Cafeteria if raining (props stored there regardless – see map)
• 1:25 Indoor Warm-Up Begins (cafeteria)

• 1:45 pm Ready 
• 1:55 pm Perform
• Leave equipment in staging area just outside exit
• 2:05 pm Awards in Gym (captains only retreat)
• 2:30 pm load Truck
• Meet back at S9GS to unload truck
• 4:00 pm (estimated) Students dismissed from S9GS after truck is unloaded
