Sparkman High School Wind Ensemble and Concert Bands

The Sparkman High School Band performs concert band literature in the late fall and spring semesters with three ensembles.  The Sparkman Wind Ensemble consists of the top performing 10-12 grade students and is under the direction of David Raney.  The Sparkman Concert Band consists of 10-12 grade students under the direction of Robbie Stout and the Sparkman 9th Grade Band is directed by David Raney.

2018 Spring Concert

You are invited to the Sparkman Band’s Annual Spring Concert.  The concert will begin at 6:30pm with some small ensemble performances starting prior to the concert bands.  The concert will take place in the Sparkman High School Gym and is free of charge.

MPA 2018

The Sparkman Bands will attend their annual Alabama State Music Performance Assessment starting this week.  The event is open to the public and we would like to invite everyone to attend these performances.  Students should be familiar with all schedules and procedures.
