Mark your calendars! F3 Day will take place on Saturday, May 6 from 8:00am – 3:00pm. F3 day is an event where the booster organization collects Fees, Forms and does Fittings for uniforms. It will be in the Sparkman High School Cafeteria, which can be accessed from the back of the high school. Please arrive at your assigned time listed below.

Band Fees are paid in full on F3 Day. Both checks and cash will be accepted on May 6. In addition, this year we are utilizing MySchoolFees through the SHS website for fee payments. It is an online service that will allow you to pay fees online using a credit or debit card.
The band booster and camp fee is paid by all students in grades 9-12. The competition band fee is in addition to the marching band fee and is paid by eligible students in grades 10-12, ALL percussion students in grades 9-12, and all Color Guard who will participate in the competition band.
Money/Checks for marching shoes and gloves will be paid directly to Gadsden Music Supply, Inc. Booster, competition, band camp, rental, choreography/instructor and percussion fees will be paid to the SHS Band Boosters.

Note: The Madison County Board of Education also charges each student a $50 Class Fee per semester for taking the band class. This is separate from the Band Booster Fees associated with running the band program and is collected by the school.
Forms can be printed from here and filled out at home or the forms can be filled out at the school. Please remember to bring your medical and insurance information if filling them out at the school. We will have a notary available to notarize medical papers. Having forms filled out before arriving will drastically speed up your F3 Day process.
A representative from Gadsden Music Company will be present to size and fit students for shoes and gloves. Students will also be assigned their marching uniforms. Please wear athletic shorts to make trying on uniforms quicker and easier.
We have many volunteer opportunities available! Our volunteer committees will be present to answer questions and tell you about what they do. Please consider volunteering. It not only helps this organization and band program grow, it’s also a great way to get involved and be around the kids!
